Mental Health Assessments
Our mental health assessment is a series of questions conducted by one of our Licensed Mental Health Professionals to gauge the intensity of a mental health condition, evaluate symptoms, and begin the process of creating a treatment plan.
Conducting this assessment will determine which service of care will best cater to the intensity of your symptoms: medically managed inpatient, inpatient, intensive outpatient, outpatient or aftercare programming.
Substance Abuse Assessments
Our Substance Abuse assessment is a thorough evaluation designed to definitively establish the presence or absence of a diagnosable drug abuse problem. The results of the assessment also suggest what is likely to be the most appropriate type of treatment when drug problems are evident.
